your data goes.

You can read the site and use its tools without an Auction Foundry account, a payment, or submitting contact details. The website does not run advertising tags, conversion tracking, or browser analytics scripts. Hosting providers still process requests to deliver and secure the site.

The risk planner saves complete inputs in your browser’s local storage. Feedback drafts and screenshot previews stay on your device until you choose to send them through your email or share app. A report you actually send is received and processed as a support message.

We do not use site data to make automated eligibility, pricing, access, or trading decisions about you.

New plan links use a URL fragment, which browsers do not include in the HTTP request to this site. Older links using ?plan= are redirected to the fragment format before a page is rendered. Those older requests have already reached hosting infrastructure and may have been logged. Changing the format does not remove old links, messages, or logs. Browser extensions and services you share a link with may still see the whole link.

There is nothing to buy on this site. We offer no checkout, subscription, or trial and have no purchaser database. Auction Foundry does not receive or store your card number, bank details, or billing address through this website. No payment platform is engaged for this site.

Everything published is free, as described in section 7 of the Terms of Use. Indicators are accessed through TradingView under its own account and privacy arrangements. Auction Foundry runs no mailing list and no payment processor.

Hosting. Cloudflare provides the website’s hosting and network services and processes technical requests needed to deliver and protect it. This infrastructure processing is separate from browser analytics. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Email. Mail for our support domain is handled by Google. When you send a message, Google and your own email provider process the message, sender details, attachments, and delivery metadata. Auction Foundry uses the received information to handle your request. See Google’s privacy policy.

Discord support. Discord is optional and follows its own account and privacy arrangements. Ticket Tool runs our private request forms and generates ticket transcripts. Their services process your Discord identity, messages, form answers, attachments and ticket activity to provide this support. See Discord’s privacy policy and Ticket Tool’s privacy policy.

External destinations. TradingView, social platforms, research sources, and other sites apply their own terms and privacy practices when you follow a link. We do not control their accounts, market data, alerts, or handling of information. See TradingView’s privacy policy.

We use information we receive to answer support and privacy requests, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent support information or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising or another company’s marketing. No advertising or remarketing integration runs on the website.

Information may be disclosed to service providers for these purposes, where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections. A record identifying a person as having requested or read particular written materials is not used for marketing or disclosed to another company for marketing.

Local plans remain until you reset them or clear the site’s browser data. Unsent feedback drafts and screenshot previews are temporary; copies made in an email or share app follow that app’s storage settings.

Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, resolve related issues or disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Hosting logs, email backups, and data previously received by measurement providers have their own retention arrangements. A browser cookie’s expiry does not determine how long a provider keeps data it already received. Contact us for information about a particular interaction or a deletion request; records needed for a legal obligation or dispute may need to be retained.

We review closed Discord tickets and their saved files after 30 days; this is a review point, not automatic deletion. Unresolved requests and records still needed for the purposes above may be retained. Discord and Ticket Tool apply their own retention arrangements, and deleting a ticket does not remove every previously saved copy.

We use HTTPS and restrict the third-party scripts and network destinations the site can load. No transmission, mailbox, or storage system is completely secure. Do not send passwords, API keys, account numbers, brokerage records, or unnecessary sensitive information. If a breach requires notification, we will provide it as required by applicable law.

The site does not set advertising cookies or send advertising measurement requests, whether or not your browser sends Global Privacy Control. There is no advertising-consent banner because advertising tracking has been removed, rather than enabled through a consent choice. Browser storage is used for the local plan you work on.

Earlier measurement. Google Ads ran from August 20 to August 30, 2026. Microsoft Advertising ran from August 22 to September 7, 2026, when it and Cloudflare Web Analytics were removed from the application. Earlier visits may have left _uet* or _gcl_* cookies, or associated advertising storage. Clear this site’s browser data to remove its local copies; this also deletes your saved plan. This does not erase data already received by those providers or cookies on their own domains. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction, or objection to processing of personal information we hold. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email support@auction-foundry.io; no account or feedback form is required. Give enough information to identify your interaction, without sending credentials or unnecessary financial details. We may reasonably verify identity and will respond within the applicable legal deadline, explaining any lawful exception or extension.

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, the purposes for which we rely on legitimate interests are site security, abuse prevention, requested support, and necessary business correspondence. We rely on legal obligation where processing is required by law. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and complain directly to your relevant supervisory authority. You do not have to contact us before making a complaint. Exercising a privacy right does not restrict access to the free tools.

Auction Foundry operates in the United States. Hosting and email providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Their privacy and service terms describe their processing locations and transfer safeguards. Contact us for information about the provider arrangement relevant to your request. Using this website is not consent to waive any protection required for an international transfer.

The tools are intended for adults, and the Terms of Use require users to be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. The site is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to delete it.

The version and effective date identify this notice. We will update it when our data practices change and provide any additional notice or consent process required by law. A new notice does not retrospectively authorize a new use of previously collected information.
